Two humorous engravings: " les régles du golf " - rule IV and rule XII by charles crombie ( 1885-1967 ) - published by perrier in 1966 under copyright - france - these two litho-offset engravings are part of a suite of 24 - charles crombie was born in 1880 in dumfries, scotland - in 1901, charles was working as a sculptor and artist. He specialized in cartoons and illustrations - his collection of 24 cartoons, the rules of golf was first published by bottled water company perrier in 1906 - it quickly became a successful series - these two copies are framed in a varnished raw wood box, under glass - dimensions: height: 33 cm / width: 43 cm / thickness: 4.5 cm - dimensions of the engravings only, excluding margin: 15.5 cm X 22 cm - weight: 3 kg - excellent condition: no accidents or missing - note: a tiny curling of the engravings - sending protected, tracked and insured via mondial relay (for eligible countries) or colissimo, your choice.
