Brown bakelite lamp by Bauhaus team forEsc Zukov, 1930s

This beautiful dark brown lamp combines functionality and smart design. Designed in 1930s by the bauhaus team. Produced in czechoslovakia as a type esc typ 11641. Manufactured by the esc company. The lamp is smartly designed. The shade has a wire clip which grips the bulb and can be easily oriented to any direction. The lamp is made of brown bakelite and is in a very good condition, some wear and ageing on the bakelite visible. One 0, 5cm chip on the top of the shield (picture). Works perfectly on one e14 bulb, european electric plug.
