Art Deco extendable dining table – 1930s

Large Art Deco dining table in precious wood veneer (extendable). This elegant table stands out with its octagonal top featuring harmonious proportions and its superb veneer work with a symmetrical pattern, characteristic of the Art Deco aesthetic. Its sculptural lyre base, connected by a metal crossbar, gives it a presence that is both refined and architectural. The table has an independent extension allowing for comfortably accommodating more guests. The top showcases a beautiful grain and a lovely depth of material enhanced by its glossy finish. In generally good condition, with signs of wear consistent with its age and use.
