Office chair by Charles and Ray Eames for Herman Miller 1960

Superb and rare office chair designed by Charles and Ray Eames for Herman Miller, 1960. Shell seat in fibreglass and herringbone fabric. Height-adjustable aluminium base. In good vintage condition, with usage scratches on the aluminium due to age. The fabric has been cleaned. Please note a scratch on one side, see zoom photo. It is stamped Herman Miller, the Eames label is no longer present. Dimensions: W60 x D60 x H80. Seat: W48 x D40 x H44-52. Base width 60cm.
