Wicker and blue scoubidou sewing box

Beautiful dimensions for this elegant vintage wicker sewing box decorated with blue and white scoubidou patterns. The interior is fully stretched with blue fabric, padded at the lid so that pins can be pricked. The interior finishes were made with the help of a stripe. The latter was glued to a small area; the glue, which has yellowed, is visible inside the box only (see close-up photo) this small restoration does not take away from the charm and usefulness of the box, otherwise in perfect condition and equipped with its original plastic storage locker. A beautiful christmas present for a fashion designer or seamstress!.
