Armchair and velvet ottoman sound

Important armchair with ears and its ottoman in white patinated wood, covered with velvet. It is very comfortable and in good condition except for a stain on the seat of the chair, not having a specific product I did not try to make it disappear, see the photos. Dimensions of the ottoman: l 82 cm / d 80 cm / h 40 cm dimensions of the armchair: l 82 cm / d 65 cm / 85 cm (height up to the backrest) and 40 cm (height of the floor at the seat).
