Pair of Stella bistro chairs

For the record: Stella is a former furniture factory founded in the tarn in 1922. Its owner and former wheelbarrow manufacturer, léon ruisseau, installed the "ateliers de la chaise stella" in his village of labruguière. The production of chairs in small and medium series is mainly intended for the communities. Stella furniture uses an easily identifiable bolt-based assembly system. The proposed model is quite rare, state level they are really "in their juice" they have defects but the seat and the backrests are stable, nothing moves. The defects are visible in the photos: wooden bursts on the sides of the seat that have been rebouched, 3 screws at the backrest that are not original, a felure on a back that has been glued and clogged. I chose not to sand them and return them to leave them in their patina. They were simply washed away and then finished with a wood renovater that nuurrits and protects.
