Brass milk cane 2 handles and presentation plates

Old norman jug of the nineteenth century in yellow and red copper, 2 handles with its presentation dish below, used to transport milk from the place of milking to the place of storage, called in the rural language milk cane. It was later replaced by the iron canisters that we all know. Very beautiful object of french folk art, note traces of wear and tear of time, and slightly dented and opening a little folded on a small place but this is what brings the touch of authenticity. Total height 25cm and diameter of the jug 19 cm.
