Green balu chauung cushion

Cushion made in a slow fashion approach. This cushion was hand-woven from cotton dyed with plants, in a traditional and natural way in eastern burma by the kayan ethnic group. Our weavers use a traditional weaving technique: the "back-strap" that gives life to our cushions. The covers of our cushions are sewn in a workshop created by a burmese in yangon: younsone, for a local and environmentally friendly production. With a development goal, we work directly with the weavers of the community to offer them the fairest possible remuneration. Colours: green and white. Dimensions: 30x50cm, 40x40cm, 40x50cm. Material: cotton, vegetable dyeing.
