Vintage mid-century sideboard designed by Vanson in the 1960s, made of teak and rosewood. This mid-century sideboard features curved ends and luxurious details, including a beautiful rosewood veneer on the doors and drawers. Designed by Robert MacArthur for Vanson, who joined the company straight from Shoreditch Technical College in 1962 after completing a three-year course in furniture design and technology. The sideboard was launched at the Manchester furniture exhibition in August 1963. It is in very good condition with minimal small traces of use.
