Large artisanal ceramic jug, hand-turned, with a generous silhouette, resting on a small pedestal. Its satin beige glaze is streaked with wide navy blue drips with free contours, accented by olive green hues. The irregularities in the glazing, variations in firing, and drips intentionally left visible give this piece a unique personality. No signature or stamp. Its creation evokes the work of a ceramic workshop from the 1970s-1980s, where the expressiveness of the glaze took precedence over the pursuit of a perfectly even finish. Each drip is different and fully contributes to the character of the piece. In good vintage condition, with some localized superficial wear on certain parts of the glaze, discreet signs of use, and small original firing irregularities (see photos). Height 16 cm, maximum diameter 15 cm, opening diameter 10 cm, weight 1.7 kg. A jug chosen for the freedom of its glaze as much as for its sculptural presence.
