Pair of Louis XV / Regency style wall lights from Lucien Gau, Paris - bronze

Pretty pair of Louis XV / Regency style wall lights, from the famous French bronzier: Lucien Gau. Manufacturer from Faubourg Saint Antoine, Paris. Manufactured in the second half of the 20th century. Bronze construction. Original gilding and patina, perfect condition. Decorated with acanthus leaves, scrolls and shells. The cups are decorated with acanthus leaves on both sides (see photos). They are electrified and tested (for e14 bulb). Cardboard candles, perfect condition. Model from Lucien Gau, but stamp not visible (or not found).
