hanging lamp, model “hive”, designed by verner panton around 1960, manufactured by verpan in denmark in the 2020s. This eye-catching piece is in production by verpan after the original sketches by verner panton. This is the first time these peices are actually in production, a new iconic design by one of the most influential mid-century designers! Made of high quality yellow coated aluminium. It emits a downwards light, while the layered structure of the piece allows a diffused light to surround the piece and add warmth to the decor. The piece has only been used as a showroom model and remains in excellent condition.
