Emmanuelle Peacock armchair

Large rattan armchair called "peacock", work of the 1960s. Model nicknamed so because of its large openwork back taking up the motif of a peacock's tail. Wide armrests also worked, seat composed of large strands of bamboo, round foot worked in crosses. Round cushion covered by burlap. In good general condition, some traces of wear. Very stable and solid model, gives a majestic touch to an interior. Rattan armchairs of this kind are at the origin of polynesian thrones. H: 139 cm / w: 73 cm / d: 65 cm. Seat height 50 cm. A very nice piece!!.
