Chair T by Katavolos, Littell & Kelley for Laverne International

The iconic T chair, also known as the 3LC, was designed by William Katavolos in collaboration with Douglas Kelley and Ross Littell for Laverne International in 1952. This model is part of the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art in New York. It features a seat in black-dyed leather and a backrest in natural brown leather, all mounted on a tubular chrome steel frame. Its unique three-legged design makes it a remarkable piece. Dimensions: Height 92 cm, Width 104 cm, Depth 85 cm, Seat Height 38 cm. Origin: United States, circa 1950. Condition: Good vintage condition, with slight signs of wear consistent with its age and use. The leather shows some scratches and a patina, while the steel frame bears marks and signs of wear related to its age.
