Teak cabinet with two doors, internal shelves and drawers, raised on tapered legs. Original Ferdinand Lundquist, Göteborg label. Swedish production, mid-20th century. Made in Sweden around the mid-20th century, this teak cabinet features a compact, linear form raised on a base with tall tapered legs. The two doors reveal an interior divided into two sections: a series of shelves on the left and shelves and pull-out drawers of different heights on the right. Particular attention is given to the construction details of the drawers and the gently shaped profile of the base. The original Ferdinand Lundquist, Göteborg label documents the retail provenance of the piece from the historic Swedish department store, active in Göteborg and associated with the distribution of quality furniture throughout the 20th century.
