Mid Century Italian Modern Mazzega Amber and Clear Lava Murano Chandelier 60s

Murano glass chandelier produced by mazzega in italy in the 1960s. Chromed steel body with three light sources for e14 bulbs finished at the bottom by a chromed steel ball, in each of its three arms a hand-crafted glass plate is suspended, made up of two layers, one transparent and the superimposed one in amber color, creating a characteristic lava effect. Super attractive piece that also achieves a warm, multiform light with different shades. One of its plates has a defect due to having tightened the nut too much when placing it, it is simply an aesthetic defect of little relevance as detailed in the last image but it does not structurally affect the plate because it has not broken and has also been reinforced with specific glass epoxy.
