(from 1871, the vosges became a new natural border between france and germany. Fixing the vosges is fixing revenge, patriotic feeling put forward by gallé). Rotating and engraved decoration in very modern colors ranging from deep blue to purplish shades close to black contrasting with a yellow background tending towards orange. Signed in relief at the bottom of the decoration. Perfect condition.
