Pair of 2 1860/1865 antique wedgwood majolica plates

Set of 2 antique wedgwood majolica comport plates made by the wedgwood factory between 1860 a 1871, rare pieces to find. Gorgeous footed decorative plates with beautifull depth in it’s color’s, excellent for home decoration cottage and mediterranean style. The design is mottled green and brown with ochre spots. The plate rim band design features greek rectangular style plate border. The plate is three footed with beautiful fish as pillars. Measures approximately 9, 5" (24cm) in diameter. And 3” / 7, 5cm high. This comport is in great shiny condition with 2 professional repairs, which are hardly visible. On the backside one of repair is visible. There is almost no glaze crazing, which is rare for item`s from this period, a very few smal light scratches. There is the impressed wedgwood mark to base and the three letters ao(j?) the last of which dates this example to 1860 to 1865.
