Frog or wooden barrel game

The frog game is one of the oldest games of skill and relaxation. This game was offered in the 18th century in the taverns of Paris, then it spread throughout France. Nowadays, it is practiced mainly in the north of France and particularly in estaminets, in the form of a box with holes in the upper part, the central hole being a frog with its mouth open.
