■ THE SPACE AGE ICON Iconic piece of Italian design from the 1970s: the legendary "Toledo" table lamp, designed by architect Luigi Massoni in 1973 and produced by Harveilluce (a historic brand of the Guzzini brothers). With its large mushroom-shaped shade and sleek tulip base, it is a true luminous sculpture that perfectly embodies the Space Age and Mid-Century Modern aesthetics. ■ AUTHENTICITY & MATERIALS The Shade: Made of pure white perspex (methacrylate). It diffuses a soft and warm light. The Base: A stunning chrome metal tulip foot, with great shine. The Signature: The original green label "HARVEILLUCE iGuzzini - made in Italy" is intact and located under the shade, guaranteeing its authenticity. ■ CONDITION REPORT (Gallery Transparency) This lamp is in exceptional condition, almost "mint". A rare occurrence for this model: the perspex is impeccable, with no deep scratches or yellowing, and the mirror chrome shows no signs of oxidation. In the interest of transparency: The lamp has its original wiring. There is a very slight intermittent contact at the wire (the light may flicker if the cable is handled abruptly), but it works perfectly in a fixed position on a desk, sideboard, or as a bedside lamp. ■ TECHNICAL DETAILS Dimensions: Height 42 cm|Diameter 45 cm. Electrification: Original system with 2 sockets (E14 bulbs not included). Brown period plug and switch.
