Beautiful craftsmanship: marquetry inlays and a lovely veneer pattern: diamond motifs. It combines elegance, discretion, and functionality. Beautiful wood veneer work: The oval on the front recalls the checkerboard veneer effect of the top. Veneer is likely made of light mahogany or light walnut. Structure is solid wood, possibly oak. Approximate total dimensions: H116.5 cm X W64 cm X D62 cm. Storage depth 53 cm. Storage height without shelves 85 cm. Leg height 18.3 cm. Second-hand piece in very good vintage condition. Please note it seems to have been modified: The top lifts up. The key is not original and the lock does not work. However, the door does not move when closed. The back of the upper part of the unit has been removed to create access for cables: hence the minor repair on the back that is visible. Similarly, a square has been cut and reinserted on an interior shelf. The interior shelves are of a more rustic style but are sturdy and clean. They are height adjustable thanks to the battens. The front and edges of the unit show some marks and scratches. The top features beautiful veneer work with slightly less fine wood. Some stains on the top, see photos.
