From the art nouveau period, this large and very rare glass vase blown antique green (pictured) enamelled with gilding in good condition from the glassworks of la plaine saint denis attributed to the master glassmaker françois theodore legras (1839-1916). Form referenced in the book of legras of 2012 under the name "monte-carlo" of different decorations and colors (photos). Trace of the cane of the blower (pontil) polished at the heel. Golden enamelled decoration, hand-painted, crowns of oak leaves wrapped in front and sides, a garland of garlands with golden net at the collar and base. This type of crown is symbolically attributed to a form of distinction (retirement of a glassmaker?). No cracks or sparkles. Tiny gilding wear and micro-scratches of normal use. All the photos complete this detailed description. Careful shipping and followed in relay point when possible.
