19th century, English vintage stoneware ink bottles have a light coloured glaze and bear minor spots and slubs, that give antique stoneware its sought-after character. These could be used as decorative pieces, or as vases. This is a lovely pair of Victorian stoneware bottles, the smallest most likely a small ink pot or ink well and the largest most likely used as a pot plant. These bottles are being sold together as a set. In a creamy off white colour, these stoneware bottles are ideal for adding an authentic vintage look and feel to any interior. Both in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks, there is just some very mild patches of staining, which adds to their aged patina and charm. Measures large: 15 cm high 7 cm diameter (5 cm diameter aperture) Measures small 11 cm high 6 cm diameter (3.5 cm diameter aperture)
