Vintage table lamp Nils Thorsson BAC A series

This table lamp, designed in the 1960s by nils thorsson, royal copenhagen's chief designer for the baca series, was produced by the danish company fog and morup. The stoneware base features thorsson's famous pattern of abstract birds and flowers in neutral tones of brown, beige and white. The lamp is in excellent condition, with marks dating from its manufacture. The base measures 16cm in height and 7cm in width and depth. The lamp has factory markings printed on the base, including royal copenhagen / denmark / fajance and the artist's numeral nils thorsson.
