Mid-Century Modern "Stroll" Swedish Vintage Street Scene Oil Painting, Framed

An expressive mid century modernist street scene composition, executed in oil onto canvas. Working under a mostly monochrome palette, this artwork presents 2 figures walking through a quiet neighbourhood, and the painting is punctuated by brown townhouses houses in the middle, drawing our eyes to the centre of the composition. Expressive brushstrokes have been used, and the artist has defined each form with grey outlines as well as utilised qualities of the shading technique to demonstrate depth in the painting. This oil on canvas is housed in a beautiful wood frame with visible grain and an inner silver window.
