4 solid pine chairs, straw seats, shaped backrest.

Set of four solid pine chairs, with hand-woven straw seats. The backrest is an arched, curved band, supported by two turned posts that end in a ball; the round legs are joined by stretchers. The straw is woven in a spike pattern, with four triangles radiating from the centre. In good condition: the straw is worn from use but intact, with no broken strands. Rustic and lightweight, this chair is suitable for both a farmhouse table and a glass table.
