Large ashtray dish made of marbled alabaster.

Sculptural coupe carved from marbled stone, brutalist inspiration. We appreciate the work of the stone mason with the chisel marks. Raw relief on the outside, scratched (like tree bark/shell), and smooth in the hollow, polished, revealing the minerality (shades of ivory and slightly greyed veins). Unusual piece, very decorative, in an archaeological style. Dimensions: 21x20x5 cm.
