Painting on canvas Chrysanthemums

Painting on canvas painted in oil of a bouquet of pink chrysanthemums accompanied by oak and ivy leaves in an art nouveau vase. The painting is signed by a certain a. Richy whose trace I have not found even if there is, it seems, a dynasty of painters bearing this surname. The picture is very close in terms of the color of the photo you have before your eyes, the shades are soft a little pale almost milky as if it were a pastel. The painting is in good condition, there is only a small gash in the upper part (see photo). Charming painting to which the signature of the painter, a professional artist visibly, and the date (1943 or 1948?) give an additional presence, an extra weight. The posterior frame made with a simple white wooden stick gives a contemporary touch to the painting.
