This unique and decorative chair is a piece dating from the early 20th century. Handcrafted in Japan for the Liberty & Co. Stores in London, it is entirely carved with peony motifs. These pieces were mainly imported between 1900 and 1910 and are a clear example of the Arts & Crafts movement and also of the oriental taste of the time. A unique piece with history.
