Mid century 1970’s extending dining table by Schreiber

Founded in 1957 by chaim schreiber, schreiber furniture is an interesting british success story. The company was one of the biggest names in furniture in the 70s, rivalling g plan and other well known manufacturers. At one time there were 280 schreiber shops across the uk. This dining table is typical of the schreiber minimalist style using their trademark wood grain formica for the table top supported by light coloured solid beech legs. Width fully extended 142cm. Width unextended 96cm. Depth 137cm. Height 74cm. Condition: Very good mid century condition. Minor signs of wear consistent with age use. A video can be sent before delivery to check condition.
