Superb small white opaline vase signed L. Cie Saint-Denis Paris, manufactured by Legras & Cie, dating from the early 20th century (circa 1900-1915). This model features the famous "Pompadour Grid" decoration, consisting of an elegant grid of garlands of small hand-painted roses, topped with a magnificent frieze of turquoise scales in slight relief, highlighted with golden fillets. This enamelling work provides remarkable depth and brightness, characteristic of the fine productions of Legras. A refined, uncommon piece, ideal for an Art Nouveau glass collection or elegant decoration. A very beautiful collectible piece, authentic and elegant, that perfectly showcases the craftsmanship of the Legras factory in the early 20th century. In very good overall condition. No cracks or chips. Opaline perfectly preserved. Enamel decoration with great freshness. Slight patina and discreet wear of the gilding on the neck, consistent with its age. Minor manufacturing irregularity on the edge of the neck, original. Height: 13 cm. Opening diameter: 4 cm. Widest diameter: 7 cm. Base diameter: 4.5 cm. Weight: 170 g.
