Beautiful brutalist bench in solid elm from the 50s. Its thick top has a straight side (allowing for example to be aligned against a wall) and a side following the natural curvature of the wood. Its cylindrical base is perfectly stable. The heavy and robust set attest to a very good quality of manufacture. The patina of the wood is also very beautiful and its matt varnished finish protects the wood on a daily basis.
