Ancient ensemble in ironstone – Boulenger Choisy-le-Roi, Chin model

Charming set with a blue decor of leafy garlands and ribbons on an ivory background. Timeless elegance for a refined country table. It includes 12 plates with a diameter of 23 cm and a soup tureen with its lid, holding approximately 1.7 litres. The plates are in very good condition, with no chips or cracks reported, featuring fine crazing of the glaze due to age. The soup tureen has a fine crack at the rim, photographed in detail. The soup tureen bears the stamp "H. Boulenger & Cie – Choisy-le-Roi – Terre de Fer – Chinon". The matching plates have impressed marks, without printed stamps. A beautiful antique set, full of charm and authenticity.
