Old painting, navy, signed and dated 1931

Very pretty marine, watercolor on paper representing two boats at the docks, with cranes and a lighthouse in the background. It is signed lower right (to be identified) and dated 1931. It is presented in a glazed gilded wooden frame, showing some traces of time. Very well executed in its proportions as well as with pretty pastel colors, it will charmingly decorate a house by the water, a guest room, a restaurant or a shop. Condition: it is in good condition considering its age and has no restoration or tear. Frame size l 32 cm X h 24 cm. Watercolor size: l 28 cm h 20 cm.
