Articulated towel holder

Elegant articulated towel rack with three pivoting arms. It must not be far from a hundred years old if I believe the dating of identical towel racks, and which seems to me rather confirmed by its lines mixing art nouveau and art deco. I don't know what metal it is made of, rather heavy and solid (you can't twist the branches for example), perhaps chrome-plated copper or chrome-plated bronze as indicated on similar models (the chrome of which is faded here).I also don't know what its original color is, because the silver metal shows golden reflections in places (which could correspond to the chrome bronze). It is still very solid but is in its original state, with the patina of time: corrosion pitting of various colors (light gray, bluish, rust). It can be used as is in a shabby chic spirit but would deserve a real restoration by a professional. The arms measure 44 cm in length, the mounting bracket measures 14 cm in height and 3.8 cm in width.
