French art deco writing table by maurice dufrene

Produced in france around 1925 this art deco desk with gilt bronze mounts and escutcheons very much in the manner of and attributable to maurice dufrene. Hand-made in paris around 1925 from prime selected mahogany, oak and burr maple, the desk has its new blind tooled olive green leather inset top this all stands on eight legs with carved tops. Age: 1925. Style: french art deco. Material: mahogany oak and burr maple. Origin: paris. Condition: excellent. Restoration; fully polished new leather top. Dimensions: 76h X 146w X 75d cm.
