Description
Pair of Anthroposophical Wooden Candlesticks from the 1950s This is a pretty duo of candlesticks. These anthroposophic candlesticks are very recognizable due to their shape and their workmanship. Each piece is handcrafted and is therefore unique. Dornarch School, after Rudolf Steiner. A goldsmith's work carried out with a gouge on a piece of solid wood which appears to be a fruit tree. The candle holders are a little wider than standard candle holders. The previous owner had slipped some fixing paste in there to hold his candles. The wood is in good condition, with no cracks or other defects.
