Description
Small blackened wooden table, from the napoleon III period. It opens on top by a lid fixed on two brass hinges and can be held vertically. He discovers a storage space in carmen red, in good condition, certainly initially garnished with a small mirror. His future purchaser is free to return this attribute, according to the function he chooses to give him. This compartment, historically reserved for sewing and embroidery accessories, can be locked. The furniture is supplied with its key. Underneath, this little worker offers a small drawer 4.5 cm deep, with hopper front. Decorations in the oriental spirit, representing plants, such as flowers or bamboo, embellish the top and belt of this small piece of furniture. There are also herons, and other large birds with colorful plumages and long orange legs. The whole rests on four resting legs, embellished with golden borders. They are connected to each other by a small tray of crotches, decorated in the center with floral motifs.
