Vintage French watercolour of a village with a church, signed, from 1931

Beautiful watercolour that shows a beautiful view of a village typically french. It's quite normal this kind of churches in the south of france. The watercolour is signed momumy (?), clearly a good artist, the line is precise and the choice of color, proportions and composition are simply perfect. It's dated 1931. It is in very good condition. It measures 32 cm wide, 26 cm high and 1.5 cm deep.
