Swedish wall mirror in teak with geometric elements and circular copper inserts. Produced by Glas & Trä Hovmantorp in the 1970s. Original label present. Swedish wall mirror designed by Lars-Göran Nilsson and Ewa Wrangel for Glas & Trä Hovmantorp during the 1970s. The frame is composed of a modular sequence of square teak elements mounted on a linear structure, each enriched by a circular satin copper insert. The geometric repetition of the elements creates a strong decorative rhythm and gives the mirror a sculptural presence typical of Scandinavian design from the period. The combination of teak and copper inserts adds material depth to the composition and introduces a luminous accent that breaks the strict modularity of the structure. Original producer’s label present on the back. Good condition. It may show some signs of age. It has a crack in the top right-hand corner. Please pay attention to the photographs. AF533.
