Superb two-door wardrobe in the Hindelooper style, a tradition of Dutch folk art originating from the Frisian town of Hindeloopen. Deep blue-green lacquered colour adorned with meticulously hand-painted floral patterns: flowers, foliage, ribbons in green, red, and yellow. Red wavy cornice, red varnished ball feet — characteristic details of the style. The interior is equally well-appointed: three shelves and three drawers decorated with painted bouquets. A rare and authentic piece, ideal for a bohemian, Nordic, or characterful interior. Vintage patina with slight signs of wear, decorations very well preserved.
