Santa clara prunes wooden import crate. Half 20° this pretty little box was revisited into a "professional box" by a dieppois marine carpenter at the end of the 1940s to allow the storage and transport of a calfateur's equipment. The crate has been processed. The black traces visible in some photos are traces of black, a product which helped protect a boat hull. With this story, I will rename it: calfat case!.
