Antique roemer fritz heckert hock wine glass. hand blown and handpainted hock wine glass with hollow

A stunning and rare vintage roemer, fritz heckert hand blown and handpainted hock wine glass with hollow stem. Light amber with peach lustre color’s and gold gilded. Made of colorless, honey-yellow and peach lustered glass, multiple constricted shaft with applied berry nubs, spherical bowl with colorful opaque enamel and gold painting in the form of leaf and flower tendrils with branches, gilded lip rim. This is fritz heckert glassworks in peterdorf, designed by oskar jummel around 1879-83, shape 4944, decor 310. Very delicate iridescent and gilt decorated hock glass featuring gilt floral leaves and flowers. Height: 7 5/8" (19.5cm) tall, Width 3 3/8" (8.5cm) rim diameter.
