Mini ceramic jug Bormes-les-Mimosas, 1972

A piece full of character, this small glazed ceramic jug is dated 1972 and signed underneath Bormes les Mimosas. With its circular handle and double spout, it has a spectacular glaze: yellow in relief on a shiny petrol blue background, reminiscent of the volcanic and textured research of the Mediterranean workshops of the time. A beautiful example of regional ceramics, witness to the artisanal workshops of the south of France in the 70s. Height 11 cm, diameter 10 cm. Very good condition, very shiny, a mini chip on the edge of the spout (see photos). A piece with a unique look that will bring a Mediterranean and arty touch to your interior, in a vintage rustic chic spirit.
