Thonet wooden chairs, 1960s – set of 20

For sale are 20 original Thonet chairs from the 1960s, featuring the clear, functional design language typical of that era. The chairs have a slender wooden frame with slightly splayed, tapering legs, as well as a shaped seat and a wide, ergonomically curved backrest made of moulded wood. Particularly beautiful is the soft line of the backrest, which is slightly raised at the sides, giving the chairs their characteristic mid-century silhouette. The visible Thonet imprint on the frame confirms their origin. The wood has been carefully cleaned and freshly oiled, enhancing the warm honey-coloured surface and the natural grain.
