High Art Deco commode by Heals in bleached oak

We are delighted to offer for sale this lovely high Art Deco chest of drawers from the 1920s in bleached oak, made by Heals of London. This chest is part of a suite that also includes a single wardrobe and a dressing table with a stool. The style is heavily inspired by the Cotswolds, featuring super elegant Bakelite handles and a decorative panel in the style of Paul Evans running through the centre. The chest has been cleaned, waxed, and polished from top to bottom. It shows signs of patina due to age and use, which adds to its classic character.
