Bust statue Marie-Louise Brongniart in alabaster after Houdon

Very beautiful alabaster bust after that of the eighteenth century of marie-louise brongniart, aged 4, by houdon. Very nice rendering (roundness, seriousness and look) and very good general condition, some slight traces when you look closer. Beautiful decorative object that will give a chic touch to your interior. The original made in 1777 by jean-antoine houdon (1741-1828) represents the daughter of alexandre-théodore brongniart (1739-1813), famous architect of the paris stock exchange (palais brongniart).
