19th century French oil painting, a house and its garden, 1874

Charming old painting, french school of the 19th century, oil painting representing a bourgeois house, its veranda, its beautiful garden as well as the masters of the house: monsieur from behind on the lawn with his dogs, perhaps a white goat, who speaks to madame on the steps under the arbor. The painting is not signed but dated 1874 and located in sèvres, visible in the lower right corner. On the back of the canvas, we can read the provenance of the canvas "aux deux chiffons" the rest is difficult to decipher. The painting is in good condition, period frame in gilded wood.
