Rare unique piece! Vintage from the 70s/80s from the republic of china (shanghai) quality artisanal manufacturing. Very pretty large round box in woven and varnished bamboo. Exceptional weaving of the lid: geometric patterns, chevrons in 3 brick, brown and natural colors. Different weaving patterns inside. Fitted lid: orient it correctly for airtight sealing. Glossy finish. Very nice decorative effect! Large capacity. Good state of conservation: a few pieces of broken bamboo, slight deformation of a strip of bamboo (original irregularity) dimensions: h11 X diam 25.5 weight: 350 grams.
